Onion is like... the most useful veggie in my kitchen.
It's sweet, and flavorful when cooked!
It's also great for Korean dishes,
they always need it for Korean style meat sauces.
That's why it's nice to store them frozen in your fridge.
Frozen Blended Onions for Quick Cooking
Prep Time 5-10 MinutesCooking Time 1-5 Minutes
Ingredients
1 Onion - depending on your freezer space, and amount of leftover onion.Container - I used ice cube tray for freezing.
Blender / Mixer - blender, mixer, anything you can blend with.
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients

Chop onion, or dice onions to little pieces.
My blender is small, so I chopped them really small.
2. Blend onions

Now blend them!
It's pretty small amount when you blend them all.
If onion is too dry, and it's hard to blend, then add some water.
3. Scoop the blended onions into a container

In my case, I chose bigger ice cube tray.
I usually use onion often and a lot. :D
Now store it in fridge.
And use it whenever you want.
It's great for quick sauces.
