I personally hate pre cooked soup in Korean market,
just because they don't deserve my money!
But this time, they didn't have any Mae-Saeng-I
in their frozen ingredient section...
So I tried pre cooked soup this time.

Mae-Saeng-I (seaweed fulvescens) looks like hairs when you first see it,
and I was so surprised also, it really looked weird to me.
And I was surprised again,
when I had it for the first time in my life in mother-in-law's house;
I liked it.
But when I had it, I had it all.
Now I like it more than beef seaweed soup. Haha.

I got too excited for this pre cooked soup,
but then... Yeah.
It says it has only 17% of Korean Mae-Saeng-I,
and only 15% of oysters.
And it says serving size is 1-2 people,
when I really cooked it, it's only 0.8 serving or
1.5 if you eat small portion.

What is in this soup?
You'll never know...
Well, my husband didn't really notice the difference,
but he said, 'did you cook this?'
I said no... and that was it.
I also saw only 4 oysters in there.
I would rather buy dried Mae-Saeng-I from now on,
so at least we can have seaweed fulvescens whenever I want to eat.
Well, again, this time also I was so disappointed
by the quality and quantity of the pre cooked food.
