Pre cooked seaweed (miyeok) soup with abalone

I already mentioned it before,
I don't like pre cooked Korean soups from Korean market.

Well, this time I also gave a try to
pre cooked seaweed soup with abalone, but... not that good.

Abalone is pretty expensive ingredient in Korea as well,
and it's expensive in Korean market too.

And this pre cooked soup has two small abalones in it.
Let's see how good it is!

It's same brand as Mae-saeng-i soup I tried before.
So I don't expect too much from them.

It has only 5.11% of abalone, and 4.22% of seaweed.
You can cook better food at home.

For serving size, it says it will cover 1-2 people,
but when I eat it, it's only for.. well. 1.2-1.5 people.

I'm not really sure how mi-yeok soup has 965 mg of sodium
but hmm.

I think it would be better to cook seaweed soup
at home with frozen abalone.
So then you can decrease sodium level with soy sauce and salt.

The advantage of pre cooked soup is this.
You can either boil the water, and heat it for 5 minutes,
or boil the soup in a pot from package.

Or you can even microwave it, without package,
in a small bowl for 5 minutes.

But that's it.

It has two abalones,
but I'm pretty sure I will just cook it at home.

Seaweed soup is pretty easy to cook at home.
Is it too much to ask for pre cooked soup
for better taste and more serving size?

Hmmm.
