Preventing peanuts allergies with peanut butter

Because I have had eczema, until I was about 15 years old,
and I also have peanut allergy, tree nut and peanuts, all kinds of nuts.

That's why I look for new researches, studies in children,
especially in allergy and eczema.

Of course you can live with that, but it's better to not have food allergy in life.
You don't have to ask server every time, if dishes have any nuts in them,
and you don't have to worry about new food, cookies, or anything before you try.

I think it kinda affects the life style, the thoughts you have in your life also.
I don't like trying new stuff, until I'm sure what it is about.
It's like allergy in my life.

Anyway, I recently read about new research about peanut allergy.
That when you give peanut products to babies under 1-2 years old,
they tend to not have peanut allergy.

Here is the easy English version of research from Healthychildren.org

"... researchers in the UK noticed something interesting: peanut allergy in Jewish children living in the UK was about 10 times more common than it was in Jewish children living in Israel. Since these children shared a similar ancestry, the difference had to be something that they were doing.

It turned out there was a big diet difference. Children in the UK rarely ate peanut products in the first year or so of life—whereas children in Israel commonly ate a snack called Bamba, a corn puff made with peanut butter. The researchers wondered: Could this be the important difference—that the Israeli children ate peanut products from an early age? ..."

So preventing Laon from peanut allergy,
I bought this! peanut butter pretzel nuggets.

Fortunately he loves it! He asks for more each time I give 2-3 pieces to him.

I also bought peanuts for my husband.

Peanuts may reduce the risk of heart disease,
and also boost memory.

It has a lot of them!
So I divided them into storage to share with friends.

I cannot consume any of it anyway.

Anyway it's a good way to eat peanuts like this,
when you want to eat chocolate or candies, peanuts are good alternatives.

Peanuts have lots of fats, so be careful not to eat too much.

And this is it!
These peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets are awesome
for babies and husband!

They both love this nugget as a snack.

I give him 2-3 nuggets when I read books to Laon.
He holds one in his hand, and one in his mouth.
So cute that way.

Oh and it's cheaper in Costco,
in Amazon it's 17.29, while Costco has it at 14.99.

And my husband also mentioned that
"It's snack that taste so healthy, I like it."

He says it's not too sweet, not too salty,
perfect snack for babies.

Consider giving it to babies as snack,
preventing peanut allergy in family!
